Shipping policy
Because all of my products are software, apps, and games, there will be no shipping involved. All products will be sent through the internet and will arrive to you instantly with the provided download link. If in the rare occasion my method of transfer is down (dead link, login servers fail) please contact me through email to alert me. They will be fixed immediately.
Return/Cancellation policy
Because NightmareApps is ran by just one person, and there are hundreds of devices that my products can run on, there is a slight chance you may acquire problems. If you do not leave me negative feedback complaining about how terrible my product is, I will be glad to refund/cancel your order for any reason. No time limit, exceptions, restocking fees, no ANYTHING. Simply send me an email with your problem at NightmareApps@gmail.com or through one of my many contact methods found on NightmareApps.com I will refund/cancel your order, no questions asked. I'd appreciate if you can explain your problem or reason for return so I can fix it. Be sure to include any information pertaining to your order. (Order number, email, name, product)
